SW Creamy Chicken Farfalle

Farfalle Pasta.
2 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded).
1 Onion, chopped.
3 cloves of garlic, crushed.
1/2 Red pepper sliced.
1/2 Yellow pepper, sliced.
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 Chicken Stockpots.
1 Tsp. Oregano.
Dried chilli flakes (to taste).
2 tbsp. Low fat crème fraiche
Fry-Light spray oil.
100ml Water.
Salt.
Pepper.
Fresh chopped parsley to garnish.
Directions
- Cook the pasta to the packet instructions
- Meanwhile, add chopped onion to a hot skillet with a few sprays of Fry-Light and sauté for 3 minutes
- Add the sliced peppers, crushed garlic, dried chilli flakes, oregano and water to the pan and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Add the peas and shredded chicken, cover and cook until most of the water has reduced.
- Remove skillet from the heat and add the crème fraiche and stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked past and stir though.
- Serve and garnish with some fresh chopped parsley.
