SW Creamy Chicken Farfalle

Ingredients

  • Farfalle Pasta.

  • 2 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded).

  • 1 Onion, chopped.

  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed.

  • 1/2 Red pepper sliced.

  • 1/2 Yellow pepper, sliced.

  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

  • 2 Chicken Stockpots.

  • 1 Tsp. Oregano.

  • Dried chilli flakes (to taste).

  • 2 tbsp. Low fat crème fraiche

  • Fry-Light spray oil.

  • 100ml Water.

  • Salt.

  • Pepper.

  • Fresh chopped parsley to garnish.

Directions

  • Cook the pasta to the packet instructions
  • Meanwhile, add chopped onion to a hot skillet with a few sprays of Fry-Light and sauté for 3 minutes
  • Add the sliced peppers, crushed garlic, dried chilli flakes, oregano and water to the pan and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes.
  • Add the peas and shredded chicken, cover and cook until most of the water has reduced.
  • Remove skillet from the heat and add the crème fraiche and stir well to combine.
  • Add the cooked past and stir though.
  • Serve and garnish with some fresh chopped parsley.
